Just as all Airbnb experiences should be. Nice place, clean and comfortable and with everything you need. Available, proactive and responsive owner. Near everything you’d want to be near in Ann Arbor. Really great neighborhood near nice paths and trails for walking when not out seeing the city.

Great place to stay! This was perfect for our group’s visit to Ann Arbor and UofM. The house was amazing with plenty of room and a nice comfortable feel. Plus, the location could not have been better for exploring the area and campus. I would definitely stay the next time we are in town… and it would be perfect for a UofM game in the fall. We had a great time staying here for the weekend. Comfortably slept all seven people in our party. There was lots of space in the house for all of us to hang out and relax. John was super helpful and responsive the entire weekend when needed. The unit was clean, all the towels and sheets were fresh. Checking in and checking out was seamless. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

John is a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family graduation weekend. The beds are super comfortable, the showers are great, and having dinner outside on the patio during the beautiful spring evenings was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

This house was perfect for my group of 6-5 adults and 1 teenager. We loved the privacy of room in the basement! The others spread out in the 3 rooms on the main floor! The beds were very comfy . John supplied a lot of extras toiletries. The best I've ever experienced! We really appreciated the coffee too! We loved the location, quick and easy drive to downtown A2. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ann Arbor!

John's place is in a nice quiet area and not far from downtown. The home is spacious and cozy with multiple communal areas and very well kept bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple guests. Communication with John leading up to our stay was great. He checked in with me every step of the stay and was kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend staying at his home.

This house was a great find! It was very clean, cute, and quaint, with lots of different spaces to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal prep easy. The location was perfect, close to the University of Michigan campus. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house to others!
