We spent four days at John's place. The house was very nice. More than enough space for three of us - it could accommodate 9 people easily. The kids LOVED the bunk bed and my favorite space was the sunroom in the morning. This was a great location for visiting our friends who just moved to the neighborhood and for visiting surrounding Ann Arbor. Super quiet neighborhood except for all the bird songs :) and really nice place to bring kids, especially with the amazing school playground just steps away. We hope to be back this summer. Thank you John!

A beautiful blend of modern and retro decor, my daughter, wife, and I absolutely loved this beautiful little house. Though it wasn’t actually little. The basement was completely refurbished - it was its own little apartment complete with bedroom, bathroom, TV and kitchenette. But we loved staying in the upstairs bedrooms, they had a warm and cozy feel to them. The place was also quiet (a primary requirement for me), clean, and the owners went the extra mile when it snowed the night before we left and I woke up to find the front walkway, sidewalk, and driveway had already been shoveled! So thoughtful. My daughter goes to school at UM so we’re there quite a bit. We generally get different airbnb’s every time for the experience, but I’ll be looking forward to staying in this lovely house again.

Excellent location and perfect for our group of 8 touring the University! The home was spotless, very comfortable and had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet but an easy walk to campus, shops and restaurants. John was a friendly, responsive and attentive host. I would highly recommend John’s home to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and a top-notch experience!
